<p>This is insightful.</p><p>We’re quick to blame the government for Nigeria’s problems, and rightly so in many cases, but employers also need to look in the mirror.</p><p>How do prices keep increasing while the person doing the actual work is still earning the same amount.</p><p>Im not saying every business owner can afford huge salaries, but when there’s enough profit to share, workers deserve to feel some of that success too. Profit shouldn’t come at the cost of people’s dignity.</p><p>Beautifully written. Keep it</p>
