<p>Growing up in a home where healthy diets and meals were highly valued, natural spices were often used in place of the processed ones so I leaned towards using natural spices over time. However, I now find myself relying on processed spices and ingredients due to the scarcity and high cost of natural options.</p><p>I’ve promised myself that I’ll return to the “natural way” once it becomes more affordable for me. But for now... pass me that bouillon cube!</p>
