<p>Funny how I shared a thought like this with a friend while having a conversation few weeks ago. Hurts and negative thoughts when suppressed or repressed will seep out and affect our actions, reactions or decisions negatively one way or the other not minding how hard and long we hold them in.</p><p>I picked this very vital lesson at first from Henry Thomas Hamblin's "The Power of Thought" it was a really good read.</p><p>Thank you for sharing this amazing piece Mr. Adeyemi.</p>
