<p>I totally agree with you in the fact that food should be lauded based on its nutritional benefits rather than its taste, look, aroma or texture.</p><p>Now that we find ourselves in an era where a dish/meal with a fancy look or name is majorly favoured and is more circulated compared to the nutritional and healthy ones, how do we protect our guts and health?</p>
