<p>This is something I've been doing a lot lately, I took mine a step further such that when unpleasant things or situations come around I weighed them with this same scale and if it's in my control, I put my all into coming up with a solution BUT if it's beyond my control I just simply let it slide not minding how pained I am or how painful that would be.</p><p>It saves me from spending a whole lot of time crying over spilled or broken milk jars and it gears me towards stacking up more jars of milk.</p>
