How about you start by discovering what you enjoy doing aside from social media; something that'll be productive or helpful to you.

Then you take a particular time of the day to focus on doing that thing till you get to the point when you can do without social media.

It'll require discipline, because it could get difficult.

Try these out and it could be the start of something great🧡
