<p>This piece really made me think about how easily people can lose touch with their roots while chasing what the world calls “progress.” The painful part is that sometimes we don’t even realize we are abandoning pieces of ourselves until they become memories.</p><p>A powerful reminder that identity is something we must protect, not something we should trade away.</p>
