<p>This is actually such a good read.</p><p>I love how you showed that leadership is more than just having a title. Everybody wants to hear “Congratulations, our new leader” until the responsibilities start piling up. And that part about visibility not being capacity</p><p>So true, we really need to start looking beyond popularity and connections when choosing leaders. Leadership is a lot of work, and honestly,</p><p>not everyone who wants the position is ready for the weight that comes with it.</p>
