<p>This honestly broke my heart.</p><p>The part that stood out to me most is how women are constantly told to “be careful” while so little attention is given to the people who choose to harm them.</p><p>Yes, awareness and self-protection are important, but women shouldn’t have to live their entire lives calculating every possible danger just to feel safe. The fact that you experienced these things yourself makes this even more painful to read. Thank you for speaking about it so openly.</p><p>Stay safe</p>
