Before answering this question, we must understand that "averagely performing" does not mean Nigerian graduates lack intelligence or knowledge. Nigerians have excelled across the world when given the right opportunities. However, factors such as overcrowded classrooms, inadequate funding, outdated facilities, limited practical training, academic disruptions, and economic pressures can affect learning outcomes. The issue, therefore, is less about students' abilities and more about the education.
