<p>This is really nice, you started it as a global situation.</p><p>Though I might have to add that some people actually still gain weight, and this has nothing to do with their food intake. It could be that they eat once a day and their body is giving "I eat 5 times a day". Some people can also gain weight due to stress.</p><p>But like you said, "long term". Its just that everyone's body doesn't function the same way coz I know I wouldn't be in my current stature if we were to talk about food intakes😅</p>

Thank you so much. I completely understand that. As someone who struggled with excessive weight for years, I can confidently say food alone doesn't contribute to weight gain. The funny thing is that I ate less than many people but I still gained weight. The main point it, obesity is not normal and should be checked out for better life quality.
