<p>I think you're valid. I've heard a lot of horror stories where a woman went to see a doctor alone and well, better safe than sorry.</p><p>In some hospital, if you're doing a specific procedure and a male doctor is working, there is usually another women there as a chaperone. But I think anyone should be forced into that arrangement if they're not comfortable</p>
