<p>Honestly low selfesteem is so exhausting.... I’ve tried everything from morning affirmations to mindset shifts since my secondary school days through uni and it still feels like an uphill battle.</p><p>It’s crazy how you can spend so much time building your confidence but just one negative word from someone can break it all down in seconds. It really makes you lose out on so many opportunities because you're constantly stuck in that cycle of trying to heal💔</p>
