<p>This piece captures something many people don’t say out loud.</p><p>“I’m fine” slowly becomes a shield, not because we’re okay, but because explaining feels heavier than silence.</p><p>And the scariest part is when even the people around us start believing the mask.</p><p>A reminder that checking on people twice is not too much, it might be necessary. Silence can look like strength, but it can also be exhaustion.</p>
