In my opinion, I would not say anybody was rude.The lady probably addressed in the way seem well to her, but the man did not want to be addressed as like. So he prescribed how he wants to be addressed and the lady followed suit. Simple!I'm really of the opinion of you telling people of how to properly address you, if need be, cos it's you, and if it's not a big deal for you too, life goes on.
