<p>One common mistake we make as Nigerians and women is that we attach to topic of rape to girls only. Maybe four years ago, I would have too,but I've met boys that have been raped too. They have it worse too. They can't even speak out because society automatically assumes that "they enjoyed it".</p><p>If i was in a position of power, I'd start by creating a safe space for the victims, boys and girls alike to talk about this issue because their mental health matters as much as getting justice for them.</p>
