<p>In this same scripture was where He said that He will have mercy on whom He will and compassion on whom He will (Romans 9 vs 15)</p><p>A broken and contrite heart God will not despise (Psalm 51 vs 17)</p><p>Just be in Alignment with God and your heart with His Will and Desire</p><p>In so doing I think you can become His Favorite mind you, you are not aligning yourself so you can become His Favorite alone but to serve and to be at His command ...that's just my opinion</p>
