<p>This really touched me actually...I don't mean I passed through this calm down.</p><p>Alot of lives has actually being destroy with that statement 'Silence shows Strength' ,</p><p>'Only the Weak Cry out', and so on really turn some life upside down and find it hard to even turn back because where do they start from and all...but to any one there facing same do well to find the right people to talk to you really to get it off your mind and stop killing yourself...
