<p>This is beautiful melancholy. I love the recurrent motif of using shadows. Dealing with loss is like living in an altered conscious state. You just wish nothing is as it seems.</p><p>"my pride wouldn't let me, like a chain holding back a heart that wanted to run." This particular line got my attention cos the simile is spot on.</p><p>Great work!</p>
