No one would want patients sent back home or unattended to, this goes against morals and empathy. On the other hand, the regulators know this and therefore would want to stretch and even ignore nurses.</p><p>It's sad. Attention to Healthcare workers should be proactive not reactive.</p>

It’s such a shame that the regulators take advantage of the obvious dilemma of these healthcare workers.
