<p>So this is very useful Pharma guide, which is why I suggest you share more content here. I totally had no idea they had different ways they worked.</p><p>Question, I've been feeling aches around my heel, for about 2 months now. Found out late that the heel of one of my shoes had started to give way and tilt, guess it was compromising my balance and hence my started the pain. Which should I take? I guess Ibuprofen, going by your explanation.</p>

I'm glad you found this useful and I'll definitely share more contents. Regarding the pain; yes Ibuprofen can help with inflammation-related pain, but it's always best to have a healthcare professional check the cause.
