<p>1.&nbsp;</p><p>I think a mentality shift is needed.</p><p>We might not want to believe it but there's inferiority complex in this thing.</p><p>Let me use the example you've used.</p><p>Men as the head</p><p>Women as the back bone.</p><p>Both of them have their own use and specifications.</p><p>They can't replace eachother.</p><p>We were designed in the "this is best for this function" way.</p><p>Now. Women. It'll be a lie if we want to disagree with the fact that we are overly emotional creatures.</p>
