<p>Just to clarify. I'm not saying women are lesser, I'm saying different roles, equal values</p><p>Also I'm not saying men don't lead with Emotions ( anger, pride) etc.</p><p>I'm saying they know how to regulate and compartmentalize theirs, which makes decision making more controlled</p><p>At the end of the day..</p><p>Partnership works best when neither side feels inferior or superior.</p><p>The problem isn’t roles , it’s disrespect</p>
