<p>This really resonated with me, especially the idea that humans are not machines and that preference is part of being human.</p><p>I think where conversations around equality often derail is when equality is mistaken for sameness. Equal value does not require identical roles, responses, or expressions.</p><p>Men and women are different, shaped by biology, socialization, and experience.</p><p>we are taught in different ways so it regulates the way we express ourselves.</p>
