Okayy so let's see

In acts 2 ( Pentecost )

The disciples spoke xenolalia that is foreign speech (greek)

How is it that each of us hears them in our own native language? (Acts 2:8)

Whereas

Paul talks about speaking in tongues 1 Corinthians 12–14.

Communication from man to God.

Other tongues (xenolalia) can be understood naturally if someone knows the language.

Tongues (glossolalia) require spiritual interpretation, given by God through certain people
