<p>That was beautiful and painfully real.</p><p>I feel that anyone who dares to cry, let themselves feel or even dare to grieve is beautiful even on days they don't feel like it.</p><p>Pain has no shame. It goes to everyone and anyone it likes. The ability for us to cope or bear it, shows how strong we are and how beautiful our hearts are. Even on days we need to cry.</p><p>Great insight.</p>

There's soo much stigma around crying. It is usually perceived as something weak or ugly, but it's really not.
