<p>Lagos is a unique state. A funny place to be in.</p><p>Honestly, all you said is true especially the part where people walk hastily as though they were late for a meeting with the richest man.</p><p>If you're not careful in Lagos, you'll pack your things and leave in shock.</p><p>Wonderful insight.</p>
