<p>So I noticed I have this tooo 😭,</p><p>Everytime I feel this way&nbsp;</p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">&nbsp;I drop my phone and take a walk,</span></p><p>I write how I'm feeling on a book</p><p>Create a calendar instead my calendar, so there's time for literally most things.</p><p>I don't commit to anything except it fits my schedule</p><p><br></p><p>Honestly I'm still learning&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>And I am not picking everything at once.</p><p>If not I started seeing small tasks as something big&nbsp;</p>
