<p>From the recent months I've interacted with a lot of people, when we ask how are you, instead of waiting for them to finish talking to bombard them with our own emotions, simply listening to how they feel and asking them questions based on how they feel makes us have deep conversations with people instead of the surface talk and that feels rushed&nbsp;</p>
