<p>For me I always tell myself it's like a mantra : You don't talk to people anyhow, treat them like the way you'd like them to treat you  and what that person did was wrong, he came late and started complaining.</p><p>I will just say as a staff, sometimes management can annoy you, but like their name "management", you have to learn to manage them🫣😊</p>

Educated or not , some people are arrogant irrespective of how you relate with . One just have to maintain a cordial working relationship to ensure handshake 🤝 doesn't reach the elbow.
