<p>Hey Ema..</p><p>I think the descriptions you gave for the typical Igbo man is actually the description for a typical African man. In fact any man could be like this irrespective of his tribe or race.</p><p>If you classify character per tribe, you might just end up living life presuming the actions of people without giving yourself a chance to experience the uniqueness of their own personality.</p><p>It also helps not to present a stereotypical way of thinking to others who knows nothing about the Igbo or Yoruba culture. I agree that culture is an influence in how we interact. But some people just behave like regular human beings across cultures.</p><p>My two cents...</p>
