Hey @appleandpen🖋️I overheard a debate with some colleagues on whether the expression "butterflies in your tummy" is in reference to a feeling experienced in the abdomen or if it is just an emotion of excitement or nervousness altogether.I thought to ask you to. Could you help clarify?

In this poem, I made it a literal translation, meaning there was actually butterflies in the tummy....

But for your question, I think, it is both a feeling of nervousness and excitement that actually translate into the flutters you feel in your abdomen...
