<p>Yes and No.</p><p>Happiness is a state but it's also a choice.</p><p>What have you chosen to happy about in your life?</p><p>Joy and happiness starts with being thankful.</p><p>Be thankful for the seeming "little" things that you trusted God for and they happened. Be thankful for the new day, lanother opportunity to correct mistakes made the previous day, for relationships that have been a blessing, for provision, for another phase of life to grow in, for challenges that make you stronger.</p>
