I believe that sometimes guys wish they could cry and let out their frustration just as some females do when they feel burntout.But, there already exists a cliche' thinking that only females should express such emotions.Not many people agree with this.But it's fine. It's my unpopular opinion.

See to me with responsibility and mental health, other single thing that a human cries about, men need that space to cry, give them their flowers they deserve it ,

let him not come and be crying every single time,

he needs a shoulder but he should not become manipulative about it , now he's vulnerable and cries, I respect that but he is now over doing it every single time,abeg oo

It's that bad that I sometimes have to hide my face when it happens.

Sometimes when i get caught by friends, I lie saying my eyes is always itching me.

The "Are you not a man" thingy ehn... as if I am not human too.

I'm a very emotional person. My eyes easily get watered. I cry during emotional scenes in movies and even during worship in church.

So I can relate.

I totally agree with you....✅You know that word "You are a man💪" has caged a lot of men emotionally🤦‍♂️ and I can say it that statistics do not have the true amount of men in emotional and psychological distress because a lot of them are hiding it perfectly😓
