<p>I did a little research and I confirm the people with cancer have such name due to dead skin around that part and sometimes tumors course be around the smelly area like the guy you talked about whose mom's friend had never cancer he laid on her lab basically he said to be at the lower abdomen when deliver is and as you know cancer it from inside out so that could be the reason for the smell</p>
