Truth is, I would opt for anything that makes my life easier. For someone like myself that's slow in the kitchen, I've had to make the decision to starve until the point of death if only I can use that time for more productive tasks. And seeing that I am still alive, then it works. Back to this insight, at this stage of my life, I'd rather the processed, reportedly dangerous and readily packaged ingredient to time wasting natural ones. My Damsel calls me lazy for this reason, she doesn't get it.

Lol. Truth is that these days we live our lives "on the go". Unlike our ancestors, we dart out to work by 5/6 and don't return till 9pm. Where's the time to properly cook or think of what we eat. We just want energy for the next day's work.

Hi Uzochukwu, I think I can understand a bit. I started a project early this year that I kinda abandoned. I was working on how I can help people source for natural spices and package it in a manner that will be easily available for people to order. Probably I should re-visit that project again to help people like you.
