I believe that cultural beliefs and traditions are usually built over the years by the different experiences of the founding fathers during their time. This, more often, are there to guide the people into living a fulfilling life, based on their own views.And over the years, people preserve them for the sole purpose of keeping in mind how they started and the struggles they have passed through as a people.Whether or not this is valuable today as it was then is a totally different discussion.
