Love your emphasis on the NT! But doesn't downplaying the OT lead to a lack of moral guidance? How do we balance faith & morality?

In His death, our sin nature died with Him, in His burial we were buried with him, only to receive the New nature by his resurrection.

The balance is in paying attention to the word that got you saved, because the New Life by the message of love in Christ Jesus will cure you of every selfish inclination of your old nature.

Thank you for the comment.. but I believe your premise is unfounded.

The idea that faith and morality are exclusive to one another is a popular misunderstanding of the Faith of the Bible.

The issue isn't just about belief in Christ as a saviour, but a nature change from sinfulness to righteousness which only became possible through the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.
