<p>Sometimes trauma can make you see everyone as the same</p><p>Imagine going through abuse by a grown man at a very young age, and I get asked this question. I’d definitely choose a bear over and over again. Why? Because even at my age, being left alone with a man still makes me uncomfortable. So yeah, I’d pick a bear over a man. I might get injured or killed, but it’s way better than getting traumatized AGAIN. The scar could fade if I get injured, but would the memories fade?</p>
