Drink water first thing in the morning </p><p>Drinking water first thing in the morning rehydrates the body after hours of sleep.</p><p>It jumpstarts your metabolism and supports healthy digestion throughout the day.</p><p>Morning hydration also helps flush out toxins that have built up overnight.</p><p>It can improve mental clarity, focus, and energy levels.</p><p>Starting your day with water sets a healthy tone for better daily hydration.</p><p><br/></p><p>Tip: Place a glass of water or a bottle of water by your bedside before going to bed so that as soon as you wake up and see it, you will go for it. Drink as much as you can. Even better , it is a natural way to shake off grogginess,trigger alertness and signal your body that it is time to be active.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. Move Your Body Every morning </p><p><br/></p><p>You don’t need a gym membership or intense workouts to see health benefits.
