If your sex vitality has declined, it can take effort and time to get it back on the right channel. The best solution is a relatively simple pattern but could be difficult for many couples. Just start talking about it don't shy away from bringing it up.
1. Just do it: Have sex, even if you’re not in the right attitude. Sex spurs hormonal and chemical reactions in the body, and even if you’re not in the right attitude, chances are you will get there soon once you begin
2. Make time for sex: When couples get too busy with other affairs they get too busy to make time for sex, but the fact remains that they still create time to engage in extra affairs. The fact remains that sex is very good for your relationship so make it a priority.
3. Converse: Have conversations with your partner and ask what he or she wants what they expect from you and what you expect from them. Surprisingly, this appears to be the greatest challenge couples face when it comes to rekindling their sex lives.
The first two insights are self-explanatory, but let's take some steps to share more light in exploring the third insight. Talking to your partner about sex can unfold some hidden truth about yourselves which would sum up to the fact that you both have the same thing in common then they realize they just tend not to talk about things and sex with each other.
Here is a helpful hack for couples
1. Find two pieces of paper and two pens.
2. Sit close to your partner or a little bit far apart and write down five things you want from your partner during sex. Your answers should be based on the detailed sex act or the behavior you desire either being- (more romantic, dirty talks, moaning )e.t.c
Give your paper to your marriage counselor or someone whom you both look at with high esteem. Let him or her read to both of you privately, it would come to your realization that both of you share the same thing in common in terms of sexual desires.
I know there are a few more additions to this write-up, there is a comment section underneath where you can share more insights let's learn from it.
At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
