A STEP TOWARDS CHANGE: SMALL ACTIONS LASTING IMPACT.

Change is anything and it is inevitable in our world today, infact change is dynamic. It could happen in positive stance or a negative one, it could be rapid as the seconds on the wall clock and it could also be gradual taking its time to process its adjustment. When people talk about change, most of their mindset are on “people, animals, the weather and climate, the difference between the past and the present. But what people don't often take note is change itself.

Change in its literal meaning could mean “transformation of anything”. This concept “change”is mainly focused on the mindset of people, and the reality of today's generation. In the modern day society, a difference has become notable in various aspects. The common terms such as the “Gen Z” which is used to describe the set of people born from the 2000s, the term has manipulated and created a mentality on a lot of people born from that year which eventually causes changes in their behavior and and their minds such as their influence in the social media, wealth standards and even social identity.

As mentioned earlier, “change is dynamic”. People of today have created a stereotype based on wealth, dignity and status. It is important to note that in this aspect, change could either be manipulative or it could be life-changing in a positive way. Humans change according to circumstances, which weakens trust among themselves. They are either compelled or willing to change based on their decisions but one thing to take note is that with the evolution of today's world into another, change will always take place be it in technology, academics, health practices, discoveries and invention, and even the stereotypes and the mentality of people.

Humans are unpredictable, so therefore changes are unavoidable. The writer of this article, indeed had experiences on how the people around changed from bad to good and most especially bad to worse. Most people have encountered a situation whereby their dearest ones being away for a while, does things that are sometimes quite different. In this case, changes are noted. With the changes going on within and outside of people, observation and adaptation matters a lot.

Regardless of the changes around us, meaningful transformation begins with small intentional acions. Situations sometimes do not require changes in us but instead it requires the opposite, it necessitates little efforts to change the situation around us. No matter the changes, it is vital and required to make small effort resulting to a lasting impact among the people and also in the society.

NOTE: This is a young thinker trying to understand the world and encourage improvement.

#change #abetterworld #unity

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.

1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
