<p>Damien's pov</p><p><br></p><p>I saw Sofie walking up to me,like she had something to say but then Evie came and sat beside me and started hugging me,I don't know how many times I'll have to tell her that I don't like her and we are just friends nothing else</p><p><br></p><p>"Get your hands off me" I said.</p><p>She glared shd me and said "oh Damie boo",I just wanted to tell you how much I missed you during the holiday" I scoffed "You gave said it and now please leave, Kenzy would be here any moment from now"</p><p>She just rolled her eyes and left.</p><p><br></p><p>I could see sofie looking towards my direction with my peripheral vision and she looked mad for some reason.</p><p><br></p><p>• • •</p><p><br></p><p>The maths teacher walked into the class and we all stood up to greet him.he then instructed us to sit."last session,your scores were nothing to write home about and you all know you are writing jamb next was only Damien that really impressed me' the teacher said</p><p><br></p><p>Now we are moving on to circular geometry,I smiled because it's my favorite topic."who can try these....let me say welcome tests,you all should tear a sheet of paper".The man gave us questions and "Time up" all of us stood up to submit</p><p>*********************************</p><p>"Your scores are out,each of you should come and take your papers" I got up to take my paper when Evie came up to me and handed it over to me "I didn't ask but thanks anyways"I said.</p><p><br></p><p>I walked back to my seatband settled on it,I checked my paper and saw that I got 8 out of 10.This is new, I always get everything.Then I went up to meet the man and kindly to him to explain what I got wrong,he told me to solve it on the board and I did."sofie,why don't you come up here and solve this" he asked her.And she gently stood up and came to my side and immediately her hand felt a strange electricity run down my spine in a good kind of way.</p><p><br></p><p>She took the marker and solve it and got a different answer from what I got that was when I knew what I did wrong.</p><p>"Now you see the mistake you made?"</p><p>He looked at me with his ugly glasses down to his big fat nose,'Yes' I replied.</p><p><br></p><p>It was then and there I knew that I have a really good competition and it is "Sofie Anderson"</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
