It’s not just <strong>good manners</strong>, it’s a form of wisdom. When you listen, you don’t only hear words; you gain knowledge, perspective, and understanding about people and life.</p><p><br/></p><p>There’s a saying that “<strong>experience is the best teacher</strong>.” Many believe you only learn when something happens to you, but I believe you can also learn from the experiences and even the mistakes of others. That’s the power of listening, it saves you from unnecessary surprises and prepares you for challenges ahead.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>For me</strong>, listening has been a personal growth tool. Being the youngest among my peers most times, I naturally leaned toward listening to their stories and experiences. This has helped me build stronger friendships, <strong>gather wisdom</strong>, and learn how to interpret words and emotions more deeply.</p><p><br/></p><p>And <strong>here’s the truth:</strong> everyone wants to feel understood. When you listen, people feel valued. They feel that what they are saying matters.
