Dear human, Episode 6: Rest is a necessity.
<p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Sometimes, we get all caught up in the busyness of life.</span></p><p>We want to finish one project, meet that deadline, show up to one event, and sort out that pending bill—all at the same time. In the process, we put too much pressure on ourselves and even give up our time to rest.</p><p>Dear human,</p><p>While it's good to set goals and strive to meet them, we should also check in on ourselves from time to time.</p><p><br/></p><p>Na human being you be, no be firewood.</p><p><br/></p><p>Prioritize rest. Find time to breathe. Eat healthy—and on time too. Go out and stretch a little. Connect with nature. Touch grass if you can. 😂😂</p><p><br/></p><p>Take it from someone who's also been in this situation: if you don't choose to take care of yourself, your body will eventually force you to.</p><p>And not just your body– check in on your mind too. Sometimes rest isn't only about the physical, it's about quieting the noise on the inside too.</p><p>I know life can be overwhelming , but we shouldn't neglect our health because of how busy we get. <span style="background-color: transparent;">Create time in that to-do list just to rest.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">With love,</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Someone who's still learning to rest too ❤️.</span></p>
