DO THIS BEFORE YOU SLEEP TONIGHT OR TOMORROW NIGHT
1. Check how your spouse's day has been, don't feel less concerned or assume he or she has had a good day. Try and ask questions, that would lead to a sounding communication between the two of you.
2. Tell your spouse how your day has been, even before he asks or she does, you keep track to always tell him what would amuse him.
3. Give at least one compliment to your spouse, you notice how hard-working he is, or you as the man you notice how decent your wife has been, don't seize to give out the accolades, it goes a long way.
4. Share something: a meal, a piece of cake, a cup of coffee, or a one-hour Netflix together, not just get in and go straight to bed.
5. Appreciate your spouse for the spouse and parent he/she is. Yes, even if your spouse has flaws, you have flaws too. Overlook the shortcoming and appreciate what God has gifted you with.
6. Apologies to your spouse for any wrong you might have done willingly or unwillingly. Yes, even if you don't think you have done wrong you noticed your spouse feels offended.
7. Forgive your spouse, don't carry a grudge into a new day. It affects the health of the relationship.
8. Do at least one thing that fosters physical connection: be it a hug, a touch of the hand, a caress of the thighs, a body massage, a back rub, a back kiss, foreplay, or a cuddle.
9. Make love passionately, emotionally, and affectionately, in case you both have the energy and are in the mood to.
10. Make time to always pray together before bed, two head prayers are better than one, and don't always bank on the wife's prayers for the long run. At times two heads intercession connects the fastest.
11. Personal supplication on behalf of each other, ask yourself anything he/she would like you to pray for. Be your brother's keeper in the room of prayer.
12. Just imagine for a minute your spouse not in your life, and be reminded of how blessed you are to have someone to share life with. Say this to your spouse earing now and then it makes them feel special and appreciated.
13. Always remember to say “Goodnight” This is a sign to show how affectionate you are.
Do the above tonight, tomorrow night, and every night!

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
