<p>.......</p><p>I recently watched the movie Encantó again</p><p>You know, the musical animation of the girl who had no power in a family where everyone had powers</p><p>And then I reached the part of the man who brought the fireworks and who said that he brought a set just for her and called it "the not so special" </p><p>For the not so special kid in the family</p><p>The end of the movie was happy though</p><p>because they said she found out that she was a star beyond any gift</p><p>But then I started to think</p><p>What happens next beyond the "end" we're shown?</p><p>She goes back to being asked "whats your gift" by the children as she sings about the gift of the amazing family she has?</p><p>Or she goes back to arranging and setting the tables of her family everyday because well, the people with gifts are helping the town</p><p>Or she goes back to living in her room that is no special at all,</p><p>Just like her</p><p>And many more questions concerning Mirabel ran through my mind.</p><p>Because no matter how happy you want to be, what makes you "not special" will always be there</p><p>And in a case like Mirabel's, it can't be changed</p><p>You just look for a way to convince yourself that</p><p>"Me not having any power is what makes me better"</p><p>But is that really it??</p><p>You still go back to living your "not so special life"</p><p>But this time, with a smile on your face.</p><p>And when it gets overwhelming, what do you then do?</p><p>Sing?</p><p>Expect things to miraculously get better by hugging your problems out?</p><p>Or what else?</p><p>Because right now, I think I'm Mirabel</p><p>And I really need her help.</p>

This isn't really about me. I wrote it for someone really close to me who couldn't really describe the direction or solution to the reason for her liv
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
Contributor Rankings

The monthly score sums the score on all your insights in the past 30 days. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
