Growth rarely feels real when itโs happening. It is often centered around distress, doubt, and the silent labors no one sees. Yet beyond that phase, something incredible is unfolding; a version of you that is stronger, wiser, and more efficient than ever.

Growth demands patience. It might require shedding an old habit and embracing a new one, facing fears and conquering them, or stepping into spaces and tasks that challenge you. Every stop, every mistake, every race, and every small win all come together to shape the person you are becoming.

The beauty of growth is not always what we envisage. Sometimes it is slow and messy; other times, it is simply refusing to give up when everything seems to fall apart. There are also moments when growth feels rapid, as though you are riding on wheels and before long, you realize how far you have come. Either way, growth is still taking place.

It is important, therefore, to be intentional about growing at every level, because growth is an indication that we are truly alive. The absence of growth often leads to stagnation and a sense of purposelessness. Now, don't be mistaken, seeking growth does not mean joining the rat race or pursuing fame and riches. Sadly, many are caught in the web of recognition seeking,ย neglecting themselves in the process. Some end up with misplaced priorities because they have yet to realize who they are and what they are destined for, neglecting the pressing need to stop and look inward.

Your journey of success begins with discovering yourself. Understanding YOU starts with self-realization, recognizing your strengths and shortcomings, and making deliberate efforts to build on them. When you fail to see yourself clearly, you may never see the need to grow or even appreciate growth itself. At every interval in life, therefore, there is a need to pause, reflect, and evaluate your wins and losses. In doing so, you can identify where you fell short and make conscious efforts to improve, securing better outcomes for the present and the future.

Growth should be embraced in every aspect of life; physical, social, spiritual, financial, and psychological. Spiritual growth is foundational, for it empowers every other form of growth; the spirit man drives the physical. Physical growth also matters: advancing in health, stature, and overall disposition reflects progress. This is why we must make deliberate efforts to improve, and passionately engage in activities that can improve our personality.

God Himself supports growth and frowns against stagnation. It is recorded in 2 Peter 3:18 (NIV): โBut grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.โ This is a charge to pursue progress earnestly and wisely. Whenever you look back, you will see that the tiny steps and quiet efforts you made were never in vain instead they were shaping you all along.

Progress is not always loud. Honor your quiet efforts; they matter more than you think.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps โ but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time โ without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
