The abandonment of his father went so far to the back of his mind, the abandonment of his father was missed when his father came home one evening. He had had an accident.

They had to move, change in location, change in everything. He became closed off. His mother leaves for work while he tends to his recovering father. The life he had finally began to enjoy had been taken from him. But at least he knows what he wants now, he knows who he wants. That side of his curiosity has been quenched. He will furthermore pursue it, new location or not.

Change in school, change in social involvement. He became closed off, observing and just fading into the background. He loved it like that, he loved it too much that it then became a part of him. The background character.

His father recovered and once again left, his mother was there though. She couldn't just leave him. Everything was fine, he was fine and that's fine.
