I’ve liked you since that first day you challenged Mr. Kelvin during Biology class.”</p><p><br/></p><p>Aisha blinked. “You noticed that?”</p><p><br/></p><p>He chuckled. “How could I not? You were fire.”</p><p><br/></p><p>Silence stretched between them, but it wasn’t awkward — it was electric.</p><p><br/></p><p>“But this is school, Deniem,” she finally whispered. “Everything here is rules, warnings, stares…”</p><p><br/></p><p>“I know,” he replied. “That’s why I want to be honest with you.
